Refund policy

All returns must be made within 14 days of initial purchase.

Hokum will issue a refund or exchange for change of mind, wrong sizing and faulty goods.

The items must have original packaging and tags attached and MUST not of been worn. Proof of purchase is also required.

Items can be returned to our boutique in person or by mail. Items sent by mail must be prepaid and traceable.

For online returns a Hokum return/exchange form must be filled out. Please note that Hokum will ONLY pay shipping rates on faulty goods.
